About Me

I come from a line of hairy women. As a child, I remember my mother shaving her facial hair.  I never imagined that later in life I would be inducted into what I call "The Hairy Women's Hall of Fame" as one of millions who would carry with them a most embarrassing personal secret that I refer to as - "A hairy little secret."

In 2001, I graduated from the Electrology Institute of New England in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and I immediately started to practice my new profession in Shelton, Connecticut where I am presently located. I started small and now enjoy a thriving business, which caters mainly to women. I have come to know and provide my services to women of all ages, colors, and ethnicity.

I am like all of them.  Like many women, I once felt an internal shame that led me to low self-esteem and a poor self-image. I personally began my fight with "The Hairusing depilatory creams. I then graduated to bleaching creams. From time to time I went for a wax at a local salon, and I also plucked here and there. I ended up shaving the last five years of my war against the "hairy chin chin."

I am a member of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, the American Electrology Association and the Connecticut State Electrology Association.  I am a member of several local women's networking groups, as well as the Valley Chamber of Commerce.  I endeavor each day to live consciously, savoring life as much as possible and giving my best to the world. I pray in order to get through difficult times; I laugh, play, and dance when I am happy, and highly recommend this formula for healthy living.
